Hey there!
With six years of experience across Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, and Retail, I am a seasoned UX Researcher dedicated to creating human-centered, data-driven experiences that drive innovation and business value. My journey began in design, with a Bachelor's in Knitwear Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, fostering my creative problem-solving skills. Transitioning from visual design to UX Research, I honed my expertise in strategy and research through a Master's in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked for some incredible organizations like Thrive Senior Living, PARK Guiding Design Leaders, G2O, and currently working for USAA, leading research initiatives that reshape digital experiences, optimize customer journeys, and solve complex business challenges. Passionate about bridging research and strategy, I transform insights into impactful design decisions that enhance both user needs and business needs.
In the workplace, I'm not just your typical team player—I'm a passionate, driven idealist, always striving to make a difference. But outside of work, I'm a vibrant, imaginative free spirit with an insatiable curiosity for the world. Whether I'm exploring nature's wonders or immersing myself in diverse cultures, I find joy and inspiration everywhere I go.
To keep my creative juices flowing, I love unwinding with meditation, grounding myself in moments of tranquility amidst life's hustle and bustle. As a perpetual learner, I thrive on challenges, constantly seeking new skills to conquer and experiences to embrace.
In my downtime, you'll find me indulging in a myriad of hobbies—painting, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, diving into captivating books, and always on the lookout for exciting new passions to pursue. After all, life is an adventure, and I'm eager to explore every colorful corner of it!
